You love the countryside, you love the calmness and serenity in the quietness that cannot be found in the city. The rambler is here to accompany you on long walks in the country Sun. Made from Toquilla straw and infused with our high-quality stiffener to increase durability while working on the ranch.

The Rambler is a genuine Panama hat fully hand-woven in Ecuador. We designed it with a very lightweight construction while capturing the classic teardrop shape at the top of the crown. Each hatband is handcrafted to fit the hat perfectly. The black, khaki, camo, and copper bands are made with high-quality material that matches the stylish look of the hat. The leather band is made of a smooth premium material which gives the hat an entirely new appearance.

    Material: 100% Toquilla Straw
    Brim: 2 1/2" fixed
    Crown: 4 1/8" teardrop
    Hatband: 1 5/8" cotton or 1 1/8" leather

Handwoven in Ecuador. Hand-finished in the US. Measurements are approximate, this is a handwoven product and actual measurement may slightly vary.

If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size. A looser fit is recommended as you can use hat size reducer tape to help nail the perfect fit.

    PRODUCT CARE
Rituals have a purpose. To care for your Ultrafino hat, follow these simple step-by-step tips:

    1. To maintain its shape, lift the hat using both the front and back brim with both hands. Do not take the hat from the dome.

    2. Avoid hanging the hat always on the same side.

    3. To remove dust, keep the straw elastic or remove small stains from the straw, apply PAUL LASHTON STRAW HAT CLEANING KIT on the affected area. Avoiding the engraved gold Ultrafino logo.

    4. If the hat gets wet, dab it with a soft cloth and let it dry in a ventilated place away from direct light and heat, for better protection of your Panama hat add PAUL LASHTON STRAW HAT REPELLENT KIT.

    5. If the hat is rollable, do not leave it folded for more than 48 hours. Keep the hat away from direct light, humidity, and heat.

    6. If you need to re-shape or to preserve the shape of the Panama straw hat use PAUL LASHTON PREMIUM STRAW HAT STIFFENER KIT.

    * Ultrafino does not assume responsibility for damage to the product resulting from alternative use or care that is not compliant with the instructions provided here.

    Great Fit, Great Look!

I bought this as a gift for my sister, after searching several sites and considering several styles. We were both quite pleased with the quality of this Rambler, as well as the fit and how good she looks in it. I was also pleased with the updates and personal I received in response to my inquires. This was my first purchase here, but not the last. Thank you!

    my new Panama hat

This hat is suberbly made. The fit was just right.
The color s a bit on the white side. The coating, though perfectly even, made a stiff texture I didn t expect.from a Panama hat.
Mind you, this way, the hat is more likely to stay on head rather than flying off in the wind/

    Just What I Ordered

I expected a good fedora variant, a truly handsome (copper) band, and a near-perfect fit. That’s what I got, and I got it on time in fine condition. Thanks. I’ll continue to browse your site before I check out others. I do have three wovens straight from Montecristi; so I order against a benchmark. You guys are good.
