You may return for exchange or refund your item(s) in its original condition with the invoice, original tags within 30 days of your purchase date; otherwise a restocking fee of 20% may apply**.
We will refund 100% of the item purchase price. Shipping fees are not refundable. The Buyer shall be responsible for ALL shipping and Handling (to and from) and any insurance costs - These costs are NOT refundable. In the case of an exchange for better hat size, shipping for the new item will be FREE of charge!
Please note that if you have received free shipping through any coupon codes or other means, this amount will be deducted from your refund only in the case of a return.
We do not accept returns of merchandise in orders above the $500 or over 3 pieces equivalent to $500. It is not our responsibility if the merchandise was not used or needed.
Embroidered, custom orders, or Montecristi Collection products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
**Orders over the 60 days are not returnable/refundable**

Please print a PDF Affidavit Form, fill out with Order Number, Order Total, Name, Billing Address, Phone Number, and Email Address. Please sign, date, and send to our Analysts for review.

*For orders of $150 or more, a police report will be required. Please attach the police report to your signed affidavit letter.
Shipments must be sent within the United States. We do not accept international exchanges/returns.
PLEASE NOTE: Clearance, Promotions or Black Friday sales items are not eligible for an exchange.
Return Shipping Labels
Return labels can be created upon request, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refunded amount.
*Refunds may take up to 7-10 days to be processed. To receive your refund quicker, please send an email once the return has been shipped, with the tracking number, to firstname.lastname@example.org.

We highly suggest using a shipping service with tracking. We are not responsible for lost returns & exchanges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. Funds for approved refunds are typically processed within 7 days.
In-Store Return & Exchange Policy
Purchases made in-store are only eligible for exchange. We are happy to exchange the item for another item of equal price if the item is returned in brand new, unused, and resellable condition within 30 days of purchase.
If you received the item as a gift and do not have the original method of payment, you'll receive store credit for the value of your return.
Orders placed during promotional periods
Sales and promotions are only valid for the dates listed. Discounts or sales prices may not be applied to returns, exchanges, or purchases made outside of the promotional timeline. No rainchecks or holds. Discount Codes cannot be combined at any time.
The last day to place your orders in time for them to arrive for Christmas is the second week of December. After this deadline, orders will not be guaranteed to arrive before your holiday celebrations.
The buyer is responsible for all international custom fees, including but not limited to taxes and tariffs.
