Returns & Exchanges
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse within 60 days for a refund or exchange. Please contact us to request your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #).
- We only accept returns from the United States or Canada.
- Canadian Customers: Any returns/exchanges from Canada must contact us first by phone 1.425.778.6708 or email email@example.com. Canadian customers will be responsible for paying all shipping charges, including for exchange requests.
- International Customers: We do not accept international returns or exchanges at this time.
- Returns (refunds):
- You will be refunded the amount paid for the item minus shipping. Refunds of products that included Free Shipping will be refunded the original amount minus the shipping cost that was spent to ship the product.
- Large quantity orders (6 or more hats or 20 or more accessories) that are returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Single item returns are ok.
- Returns that are received damaged due to careless packaging, being noticeably worn or similar are subject to a cancellation of the refund.
- Returns beyond our 60-day return window can only be refunded for store credit.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks after we receive your exchange for your replacement to arrive. You will receive an order confirmation email for your exchange as soon as we receive it and when we ship the replacement.

How to Return Merchandise - US Orders
- Use the pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label sent to your email and print a label online. You can also use your own trackable return shipping method. See below for details.
- Items sent back must be in the original packaging with tags intact and in original condition.
- Include the Return Merchandise Authorization number on the exterior of the package.
- Include the Authorization Letter (which you will have received to your email along with the RMA#) with the reason for returning the merchandise.
- Ship returns in the original box or one of similar size. Please note that if you use a larger box with our shipping labels, you might be asked to pay extra postage.
- Print a Pre-paid Return Label Online
- Only available for orders placed through ultrafino.com
- This is the most common and most affordable option. This is also the option we will chose for you unless you tell us otherwise.
- Simply print the return label from the email you receive from us and drop your return off at the nearest USPS location.
- If this is for a refund request, the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund amount.
- If this is for an exchange request, we will waive the return label fee. Free exchanges!
- Use Your Own Return Shipping Method
- You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method.

- We recommend shipping returns using US Priority Mail. You can use the original box or any similar unmarked cardboard box. Please insure your package. You will be liable if the return package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
