Repair Policy:

If the repair is deemed not feasible, the job will be rejected, and the hat will be returned to the customer. In such cases, a $14.99 shipping and handling fee will be applied, which will be deducted from the refund. If necessary to complete the repair or improve the original appearance, we will apply a vivid cap color finish.

Acceptance of Terms:
By agreeing to the repair service and completing the payment, the customer accepts that no legal claims or disputes regarding the product may be made after the repair is completed or after the hat is returned. These terms ensure clarity and transparency in our repair process.
