Shipping Fees

Our premium hats are shipped in larger boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Shipping fees are based on the size and shape of the box, as well as the delivery location.

- Larger boxes result in higher shipping costs.
- Ultrafino absorbs a percentage of the shipping cost to make it more affordable for our customers.
- Exchanges: Ultrafino covers 100% of shipping fees for exchanged items.

Due to varying factors such as rural ZIP codes and fluctuating courier rates, exact shipping fees cannot be guaranteed. However, we’ve provided a general overview of shipping rates below.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Standard Shipping

- All orders ship from our workshop in Washington State.

- Delivery times vary by distance and may take up to 7 business days.

- Rates start at $10 and vary based on the size and shape of the hat.

- Weekend shipping: Orders placed on weekends will ship the next business day.

UPS Ground

- Ships from our Washington State workshop.

- Delivery times may take up to 5 business days.

- Rates start at $15 and depend on hat size and shape.

USPS Priority Mail

- Ships from our Washington State workshop.

- Delivery times may take up to 5 business days.

- Rates start at $15 and depend on hat size and shape.

UPS 2-Day Shipping

- Ships from our Washington State workshop.

- Delivery may take up to 2 business days.

- Rates start at $75.

- Orders placed after 11 AM PST on Friday will ship the next business day.

UPS Overnight Shipping

- Ships from our Washington State workshop.

- Delivery is typically completed next business day.

- Rates start at $100.

- Orders placed after 11 AM PST on Friday will ship the next business day.

Important Shipping Information

- Shipping Times: All times provided are estimates and subject to change based on circumstances beyond our control.

- P.O. Boxes: UPS cannot deliver to U.S. Postal Office Boxes.

- Weekend Shipping: Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will ship the next business day.

- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12 PM PST will ship the same day.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping, except for Canada.
