I like the black hatband for the fedora and Panama. The classic black hatband shouldn’t be much trifled with. That said, on that odd occasion when a change, a variation, is in order to add a special touch, I made a decision purchase a (very) red hatband which immediately is a game changer for a number of your hats, certainly if you have a collection. My new red hatband fits right over any existing hatband, and voila’, it’s like a brand new hat. Now a blue hatband is in my near future.
