When they delivered a hat the wrong size they did not have the right size for exchange. They were not very forthcoming and said sorry we don't have a different size. Not until I sent an email did they offer any solutions; I had to ask. They finally sent a form to return to request a credit to my account not a refund. I also had to pay all shipping charges.
Sad because I have ordered hats before and was very pleased with delivery and most all the quality of the hat.
After I get my credit I don't know how I will feel about buying their merchandise.
